I’d welcome all comment and ideas to develop the debate around this important aspect of learning. At the very least, do please do improve on my CLM definition!

Having researched several UK-based and global organisations as part of my MBA dissertation into Organisational Learning, I’d welcome discussion with anyone aiming to encourage transfer of classroom training into effective activity ‘on-the-job’ (and on the challenge of cost justifying the programme of learning).

I’m particularly interested in the role these systems play motivating staff to act – after the training is completed. (Having thirty years in sales, management and training, this profession is of particular interest.)
