ENC COI/POV

[edit]

Hey, thanks. Yeah, I got rid of that language about the beach (I was familiar with Wollaston Beach being a landmark but was glad to have some outside perspectives) and replaced it with distance to the Atlantic Ocean, another, possibly more important, landmark. You are free to do as you like, of course. If you think Wolly Beach is a better placemark, go right ahead, but I'm erring on the side of caution and I think the ocean is pretty self-explanatory as well as easy for non-New England folk to understand). I'd like to stay away from COI issues, of course! Anything else would be untrue to my academic training. Thanks again. :-) Aepoutre 18:12, 27 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

lowell hall and yerxa

[edit]

so i noticed someone started an article on yerxa. it was nominated for deletion until i cleaned it up but it survived the nomination. the same person also added him under the enc notable people section. i figure someone ought to write about lowell hall considering his computer program is used extensively in pharmaceuticals. do you think you could do something with that, or get someone else to? i could start it up but i'm surely not the best person for that haha. here are a couple basic sources, but you may know (or someone else might) of some more. usually all it takes is a bit of research online. [1], [2], [3]. Science people might be better at sifting through it all. Aepoutre 19:28, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
