The usages of Baal in the Tanakh

[edit]

Though not Translated, Abraham and Sarah are the first called Baal and Baalat, and these words simply mean "Boss and Owner," like in a Male and Female Relationship they belong to one the other. Hired Servants called the Head of the House, Ba'ali, my Boss, and they called his Mates, Baalat, Boss Lady. And even outsiders called them Baal and Baalat, because they were Business Owners, like they did to Abraham and Sarah. Translating them as Husband and Wife is not correct, before having a Mate Joseph is called Baal of the Dreams, and it foretells of a Baal of the Arrows that lays in wait for Joseph in the latter days, and it speaks of People who are Baal of Cattle and or Land and or Possessions. Even before the Law was written by Moses, under Phonetician and Egyptian Oral Law, it was a death sentence for anyone to take and or trespass on the Property of a Baal or Baalat, which is why Yahweh said to the King he was a dead Man for taking the Baalet Sarah from the Baal Abraham, when he had taken Sarah, which was before written Law.

A Baal, a Boss, is the owner.

“If an ox gore a Sire or a woman, that they die, then the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh shall not be eaten, and the Boss of the ox shall be blameless. But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it had been testified to his Boss, and he has not kept him in, but that he had killed a Sire or a woman, the ox shall be stoned, and his Boss also shall be put to death. “

Exodus 21:28-29

A Baal, a Boss, in a male female relationship, as the Boss of a woman, is based on ownership, not based upon what is called today, marriage Laws. Indentured servants were often bought and released at the seventh year.

“related buying a Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve, and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing. If he came in by himself, he shall go out by himself, if his association is a Boss, then his woman shall go out with him. If his Lord had given him a woman, and she have born him sons or daughters, the woman and her children shall be her Lord's, and he shall go out by himself. And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my Lord, my woman, and my children, I will not go out free, then his Lord shall bring him unto the judges, he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post, and his Lord shall bore his ear through with an awl, and he shall serve him for ever.”

Exodus 21:2-6

Instead of a word for word translation, both the Greek and English are paraphrased with some loss of the meaning of the Hebrew words. I will Translate the first two usages for you;

“And came a refugee, and told Abram the Hebrew, for he dwelt in the plain of Mamre the Amorite, brother of Eshcol, and brother of Aner, and these their Boss, the confederate Abram.”

Genesis 14:13

“And came God unto Abimelech within a dream of the night, and said unto him, 'behold, you die over the woman which you took, and she is Boss Lady of a Boss.'”

Genesis 20:3

Here are some of the usages in the Tanakh;
