Plagiarism and copyright[edit]

Hi, I'm the content expert for your class and I recently received a notice that you had plagiarized work on the article 1947 Major League Baseball season, which can also be seen as a copyright issue. It looks like you took material from many places such as History.com and MLB.com. The content in the date lists also seems to be directly taken or closely paraphrased from a number of sources, such as Billy-ball.com, the History.com source, and other Wikipedia articles. What makes copying from the other Wikipedia articles an issue is that you did this without attribution, which is required for when you copy content from one location to another on Wikipedia.

I would like you to review the Plagiarism and Copyright training module before proceeding further. Thanks. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 05:28, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
