You wrote: "this article being created right now is an article of my personal friend and anything written here is completely true". Sorry, but being true is not enough for a Wikipedia article. We do not cover the "upcoming", only those who have arrived. See WP:MUSICBIO for what a musical performer needs to have achieved before having a Wikipedia article, and WP:NAY for why this is not a place for people to write about their friends.
