Tioga Central logo[edit]
Jss, it's a little complicated, because the Tioga Central logo image actually lives at the Wikimedia Commons. This is the link to the logo there. You should be able to log in there with the same username and password as Wikipedia. Once you're at that page and logged in, click the "File History" link near the top of the page. That will take you down to the bottom, and you should be able to find a link in that section marked "Upload a new version of this file". Click on that and you should be able to upload the new version of the logo from your computer, replacing the old file.
