The Gravity Theory of Mass Extinction
[edit]Dear JS, I have reviewed your comments and your submission again. I'm afraid I stand by my original view and comments. However, I want to give you an opportunity to have another experienced editor review it with fresh eyes, so I have reversed my decline and your article will appear without my comments in the Articles for Creation space where another reviewer may take a different view. Good luck. Snowysusan 22:07, 4 September 2012 (UTC)

Your article
[edit]I'm sorry, but your explanation at User talk:Dcshank#New Article The Gravity Theory of Mass Extinction makes clear that what you are hoping to do is exactly what is prohibited by Wikipedia:No original research, one of our fundamental policies, the two key passages being:
"If no reliable third-party sources can be found on a topic, Wikipedia should not have an article about it. If you discover something new, Wikipedia is not the place to announce such a discovery."
"Do not combine material from multiple sources to reach or imply a conclusion not explicitly stated by any of the sources."
I do have a suggestion: we have a sister project called Wikiversity which is "devoted to learning resources, learning projects, and research for use in all levels, types, and styles of education". I do not know much about them, but I do know that they do not share Wikipedia's prohibition of original research, and it could well be worth submitting your paper to them.
Their copyright system is probably similar to ours, so I will point out that, because we cannot be certain that someone on the end of a wire is who he says or has the authority he claims, release to Wikipedia requires either placing a form of release on the source website or sending an email with the appropriate form of words, both described in WP:DCM.

The Gravity Theory of Mass Extinction
[edit]John,
Did you find a place to publish your article. I think Wikisource will happily take it. I was wondering if the PDF file is still available on line? I would like to read the article, as I have a little more time right now. Thanks. -- :- ) Don 04:40, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
