A tag has been placed on Dustproof Computer, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Articles put in Incubator

[edit]

Quick note lest you think your articles have been deleted: in order to give you more time, I have moved them into the WP:Article Incubator where you, and other editors, can work on them until they are ready for the main encyclopedia. That will give you at least a month. You will find them at:

More advice shortly. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 20:00, 22 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, most of the advice you need is in the links from the Welcome paragraph above. WP:Writing better articles is good, too. You need to understand the concept of Notability, a requirement to have a Wikipedia article, which is not a matter of opinion but needs to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and press releases. Make sure you keep to a dry, encyclopedic tone and avoid anything promotional. When you think the articles are ready, I suggest you post at WP:Requests for feedback to ask for feedback from other editors. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 22:45, 22 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, Jsze1. You have new messages at MuffledThud's talk page.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

i thought i replied to you already, i might have posted it some where else....or the system glitched. i've rewritten the page. When you get a chance, please take a look at it. I'm also curious as to how this page is staying up with no problem. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waterproofing. Thank you in advance.(Jsze1 (talk) 20:24, 27 January 2010 (UTC)).[reply]

A tag has been placed on Procedure Proficiency Software requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Hi. You created this page again with nothing but a "hangon" on it, and then asked on the talk page for more time to work on it. But, as I explained above, your original page is waiting in the Article Incubator at Wikipedia:Article Incubator/Procedure Proficiency Software, where I moved it last week: that's the one you should be working on. When you think it is ready to be moved back, you could post a request at WP:Feedback to get other editors to look at it. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 17:20, 28 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

alright. sorry john. i've never done this with wiki before. i've really been just an avid reader. thanks for your patience and advise. my and my team will try to make this work.
