In addition to reasons given above, much of the page was a copyright violation, copied from http://www2014.supermobilityweek.com/info/speakerdetails.cfm/24259 (and several other sites). For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyright text, not even in sandbox or draft pages, not even temporarily, without a formal copyright release from the actual copyright holder.

How to make a copyright release is described at WP:Donating copyrighted materials, but this material would in any case be unsuitable, being too promotional in tone, written to "sell" its subject with glowing adjectives like seasoned... extensive... successful. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not just another site for pinning up a stock promotional CV, and is extremely resistant to being used for anything that reads like promotion.
