Speedy deletion nomination of Flying Donut

Hello Jtzikas,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Flying Donut for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

A blog would be a start, but since anyone can write a blog (and anyone can get it wrong); more substantial editorially-controlled coverage would be better. Trade magazine coverage for example. Sources don't have to be on the internet, and they don't have to be paper. Also remember the legal implications of writing about things you are closely connected with per WP:COI. At the moment, I do have a little sympathy, even though I suspect you're trying to promote the product. Please provide additional 3rd party sources. Non-English sources are OK, as are sources that are off-Internet. Barney the barney barney (talk) 11:11, 12 October 2013 (UTC)

My suggestion is that you submit it via WP:AFC, where it will be reviewed. I have my doubts about this one but it's not an area I am particularly knowledgeable about. Perhaps there are editors more familiar with this sort of thing. Barney the barney barney (talk) 11:40, 12 October 2013 (UTC)
