Requesting an IP address block exemption, as my username indicates I live in Europe [judelawparis]. I am an international attorney and access the Internet through hotels' wifis in various countries. In order to access certain United States websites, I need to use Zenmate proxy access. I do not have an alternative method of accessing the Internet except through various hotel chains' proxies, and therefore, request an exemption. I am an Attorney at Law in good-standing with the Florida Bar (#949401). I have no intention of spamming or posting irrelevant or defamatory edits. Thank you.
