To the reviewing admin, note that this appears to be an outright lie. This abusive sockpuppeteer created PRAYING FOR BIHAL (talk · contribs) earlier today in an attempt to further evade their block and continue to recreate the same inappropriate article. See Special:DeletedContributions/PRAYING_FOR_BIHAL. This user is only taking the approach that their original account was hacked after creating ten other sockpuppet accounts and failing to get any of their edits to stick.
