Request reason:

I don't know why I'm blocked. I have no idea who RachelLin Is Can you unblock me please? Thanks in advance.

Questions and points: I edit Wikipedia recreationally, and I haven't edited for a while. Now I find that I'm blocked, because someone thinks I edit like "Rachellin". Is this some kind of a freedom of speech issue? (i.e. or 'impediment thereof') To the best of my awareness, there isn't an issue with my comportment. i.e. I have edited about politically-linked persons. Does Wikipedia have some kind of a policy for gagging people that write about politically-linked persons? To be honest, an indefinite block done due to geographical location seems disproportionate. Beyond this, I live in a city that's highly political, and full of people who write about political persons.

(Re-reads s-puppet investigation)

Ok. You've blocked me indefinitely and you've *not* blocked RachelLin? That's really strange. I would have expected that you would sockpuppet investigations on people who have done something wrong. Blocking people because they seem like an active user (RachelLin) and leaving RachelLin alone seems odd.

Please unblock me. Thanks in advance.

Decline reason:

This account is not confirmed with RachelleLin; it is confirmed with Sofarsogood2012 (talk) and Zenyada Mendata (talk); while there is certain similarity between you and RachelleLin (including IP address), it isn't nough for the checkusers to consider you confirmed. עוד מישהו Od Mishehu 19:18, 2 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Well, that's pretty ridiculous.

I've heard that Wikipedia some problems. But blocking people who haven't violated any rules is unfair. 08:26, 4 March 2013 (UTC)Justice rocks (talk)
