Wikipedia:Notability (people) discusses the usual inclusion criteria for biographies. According to this guideline and the Wikipedia:Deletion policy, articles can be deleted if the article does not explicitly assert a reason the person is significant or important. Additionally, since the article did not include any independent third party reliable sources that I could look at to independently verify the articles importance, I did a search on line. I did not find any obvious mentions in independent third party reliable sources to verify inclusion. I did find some of the content on another website that raised additional concerns about this article content being a copyright violation. Based on this assessment of the article I deleted the article.

If you disagree with my decision, we have several options. You can explain the reason the you think that the article can be improved to meet Wikipedia inclusion criteria. Since the article is now on your user page, you can add content to improve it there. Additionally, now or later, I will start a Wikipedia:Articles for deletion discussion to get other opinions about whether the article meets Wikipedia inclusion criteria if you want me to.

I suggest that you read the above links about writing articles. An additional word of warning. By experience, we suggest that the subject of an article and other people close to them not write the article except to make factual corrections to an existing article. It is difficult for people to write about themselves or their close associates from a neutral point of view. See this page for a more detailed explanation.
