Thanks for putting this list together. I was surprised to see that it didn't already exist! I've linked it from the nature place (text mining), so hopefully that will get more readers. Note that, wherever possible, use plain English; note that methods is more concise that methodologies, and methodology relates to the study of methods. So, this page might be described as methodological, but the list elements are methods.
