A tag has been placed on Donald A. Borja requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Final warning before block[edit]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Request reason:

I'm new to this site so a little difficult to figure out where to reply to this. I have a free, non-profit website where medal collectors post photos of their collections organized by medallic artists. I have been posting links to photos of medals of medallic artists on their pages. There are several other medal sites that have links on some of the same artists: like www.finemedals.com and www.artmedals.com My website is www.medals4trad.com. Check out the links I placed and my website, and I think you will see that all of the links are appropriate. It is not SPAM!

Decline reason:

Well, actually it is. Nobody gets to put links to their own websites on Wikipedia --jpgordon::==( o ) 19:30, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

{{unblock|I see. I didn't know that. I thought it would be ok as long as it was highly relevant material and non commercial. My interest is only in promoting a better understanding of medallic art. In the future I want to add biographies of all of the medallic artists, most of which are missing. I added Oscar Roty for example, but now it's gone. If you unblock me I promise not to link to my own website. I can just upload the photos (which I took myself) directly. Thanks :)}}

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

Fair enough. Thanks for understanding. --jpgordon::==( o ) 20:01, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

When you're adding a copyright tag to the two affected images, it needs to appear directly within the image page. If it's placed in the main article or beside the link, it won't be properly visible. --Sigma 7 (talk) 03:04, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File:OscarRoty.jpg missing description details[edit]
