I see you've just started working on an article about this dam. I did Croton Dam (Michigan) and have been meaning to get to Hardy. You'll find some material in User:Lar/ToDo/Hardy Dam (Michigan) that perhaps can be combined into this article. I also found a very thorough description of this dam, the background of why it was built, and the history of its construction at HAER. I have the original text available and if I get a chance I'll enhance the history section. I see you found the pictures I took. if the article gets expanded we should include more of them.
