Archiving

[edit]

Thanks for archiving the "Max 207" reference. Unfortunately the archive doesn't seem to work properly, for me anyway. The Wayback Machine is still not 100% operational. I just tried to archive the "Max 206" reference from Wuhan and that didn't work properly either. I was using Ghost Archive for a while but it is a bit "iffy" sometimes, so I've just kept a record of all the citations either "ghosted" or not archived atall, and intend to go back through them all once the Wayback Machine is working properly again.  Alan  (talk) 19:49, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah no worries. I saw that you were the one who used to archive all the references and then I noticed that they stopped being archived, so I went to the Wayback Machine myself and saw what the problem was. Just had another look today and it seems to be working again for me. It shouldn't be a huge issue, the WST articles should stay up at least for the rest of the season, if not longer now that they've revamped the whole website, I doubt they're gonna do another major rehaul anytime soon. But yeah, it's good to get those archived if possible because WST as a whole can't be relied upon to keep the urls live. KDayne (talk) 20:21, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
