Both this Kaif Raza Khan Qadri and this [[1]] look to be the same article, about the same person. It is hard to assume good faith in situations like this. Especially as one was crated after an AFD for the other. This kind of action can lead to blocks unless you have a very good reason for doing it. In fact, if you even go to the previous AfD, the wikilink for the article is blue again since this user just copy-pasted the deleted article back into the article space. Sorry, if are not Kaif Raza sb. Your name suggested that. If you are his Mureed than its fine. Can you give here some sources of books/magazines/news papers where Kaif Raza sb has written some thing or some thing is published about him ? It may be Sunni Dunia articles or monthly Kanzul Iman articles. It may be Hindi or Urdu papers also. Unless you have some sources which are reliable your article can't exist here.
