Sumeetjee. You may shift this to: your user page. It will look prominent there. All the best! --Bhadani (talk) 18:21, 20 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I have a question about categories for this article, I left it on this talk page. I would definitely appreciate your thoughts. Darkspots (talk) 18:21, 20 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

WP:OWN, again[edit]

Hi Kalirai, you've already been notified about WP:OWN. Please don't remove categories from Kalirai like you did here, unless you justify that by discussion. I changed the name of the village to Khankhana because that's the way the source (the website) spells it. You changed it back without discussion. In short, please be open to the idea that other people are trying to improve the article as much as you are, and have reasons for their actions. Darkspots (talk) 18:43, 20 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

pinds and other talk page questions[edit]

Hi Kalirai, can you keep an eye on Talk:Kalirai? I asked a question about the term "pind" a while ago. What does it mean? Should we have an article about it? Thanks, Darkspots (talk) 00:01, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for answering me. The thing to do to create an article about Pind would be to find some secondary sources that discuss the term. Darkspots (talk) 22:44, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
There is no deadline. Take your time. Also, please note that you can sign your posts on talk pages with four tildes (~~~~). Cheers, Darkspots (talk) 22:56, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The article Kalirai has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non notable article, possibly directory, several of these article are just stub unsourced, an article (list) containing all these entries would suit better. All these articles were kept under the moniker that they would be eventually expanded, which clearly they did not.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Proposed deletion of Kalirai[edit]

The article Kalirai has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Lacks notability. All the clan articles in the category of 'Jat Clans of Punjab' face the same issue. Most of them are as if there are listed in a clans directory, WP:NOT.
