Great job evaluating and including the reference to the pages! Jmmcabee (talk) 01:33, 18 April 2017 (UTC)jmmcabee[reply]

Peer Review[edit]

  • Your draft is very well put together, I think you have a very good addition to the article
  • You maintain a neutral tone and include all relevant information
  • citations are good, but you may need to fix the 5th one, as you can't click a link to follow it
  • Grammar/sentence structure is good, but to make the sentences flow better, I would add transitions between the experiments you're describing ( for example: in between Pfeffer's experiment sentence and the following sentence with Holmes/Gruenberg's experiments, add something like "further experimentation was done in 1965, when it was discovered...").
  • You do focus a lot on the 2014 experiment, which has a lot more written detail included than the others. You could add a little bit more information on the other (older) experiments, or just separate the ideas into two paragraphs? This is more of a minor idea than anything.
  • Overall, great job! I would just add a few transition phrases and fix the one citation

Comments on Ideas Draft[edit]

I really like your proposed sentences to add! You should add them regardless of which topic you end up going with. Make sure you have sufficiently paraphrased. To which section of the Mimosa pudica article would you add the paragraph about plant memory? Make sure you take a look at the talk page of each article to see what other editors have done/ suggested. I think you would just need one citation if you could find all the info about that experiment in one place. Wikipedia doesn't like to have too many citations. Comments on Article Revision[edit]

Write some new text that you would like to add to the article either under distribution or about the memory (to which section would that belong?). Your sources are good. Write the new text into your sandbox. I'll take a look at it if you let me know before Sunday. Jmmcabee (talk) 20:43, 10 May 2017 (UTC)jmmcabee[reply]

Comments on first draft[edit]

Your text and citations look good. Make sure to keep it neutral and concise. Make a new heading for your second draft and copy what you want to be peer-reviewed.

??? Peer review[edit]

I think I put this in the wrong section before, so I'll just copy and paste this here. Hellow friend!

So far, your addition looks really good! Having a section on how mimosa has been, or is being used is really cool and a great addition to the page in my opinion. That said, I feel like the 2014 information section goes on for a little too long, and could be possibly summarized in a more concise way. Removing the high/low light conditions might help, because the results of that part isn't addressed in the rest of your paragraph. Adding onto the the last sentence about debate would be helpful too, maybe elaborating on why they might argue against habituation as plant memory (or linking to a page about habituation) Currytrain (talk) 04:34, 22 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
