In re other languages[edit]
You would need to ask on the Wikipedia for those other languages, and there is no guarantee that they're not notable by those projects' own standards. (Other than WP:Neutral point of view every project maintains its own standards and practises.)
(You were killed off of the IRC network because you posted too much text in one chunk. The bot sees this as spamming and will kickban users from the network for it.
