Hi,
first of all, thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. I wanted to tell you that I undid your changes to WP:UBM (for now) because I feel it makes the summary feel clunky, and I think WP:UBM is neither a proposal (in the technical sense) nor a policy/guideline (in the technical sense). Non-technically speaking it might be possible that sooner or later WP:UBM might be upgraded to offical policy/guideline status, just by being the de-facto standard used when deciding what to do with POV or potentially iflammatory userboxes. If you want to we could try reworking the summary section together - I always felt the KISS principle is important up there. Best wishes. CharonX/talk 11:33, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

Wikipedia:Userbox migration

I have reverted your edits to the page because what you changed it to is not what UM is. It is not a proposal, and you do not have to be the original creator of the box to move it (because of WP:OWN and because WP is under the GFDL anyone can modify anything, you don't need creator permission).
