I just signed up as a reviewer on Chagas' disease, so you'll hear from me a bit.

I noticed your recent addition of a very new research paper. Per wp:MEDRS, we normally avoid primary sources, in favour of review articles. We also avoid very recent publications that haven't yet seen a response in the literature. This often strikes practicing scientists as odd, but it makes sense on Wikipedia: anyone can edit here, so we have to avoid wp:original research, even in choosing which primary sources do or do not deserve the reader's attention. Our judgement has to be reserved to assessing the kind of sources to use, not their content.
