Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone[edit]

The original title of the book is Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Unfortunately, the American publisher assumed that we are too ignorant in this country, and that our kids wouldn't want to read a book with "Philosopher" in the title. That doesn't change the fact that this book was written and published in Great Britain under that title and no other. I have reverted your edit. --Orange Mike | Talk 06:54, 18 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
