It looks like you have not enabled your own email. Some editors prefer not to use this facility. As you may be aware, there has been some discussion at Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard#Pathologist reports, but it hasn’t really resolved much. The main conclusion seems to be that a pathologist’s report cannot be directly used here. If you wish to send me a scanned copy, I would personally, of course, be very interested to see it.
