CMNS 235: Peer Review on Fake news

Your addition to the article, the different types of fake news, is a very relevant choice. The Wikipedia article on fake news talks extensively about what fake news is and its significance, but not how it could look like. The categories you provided would help readers classify what counts as fake news. If you plan to do more, you could consider adding examples of each category. Perhaps some images or external links? By doing so, you would also diversify your references.

However, be careful about classifying satire and parody as fake news. It contradicts with the article's introduction that someone else wrote: "To qualify as fake news, a story has to be written and published with the intent to mislead in order to gain financially or politically.[1] As such, intentionally misleading and deceptive fake news is different from obviously satirical or parody articles or papers such as The Onion." I'm not sure if their statement is correct; I just wanted to bring this to your attention!

Otherwise, the tone is appropriate and the language is easy to understand. You could elaborate more with examples/descriptions but your writing is clear and your choice of topic is great!
