The article Farali Dry Potatoes has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I really can't find any sources for this other than the spammy http://www.indianfood4ever.com

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. You have new message/s Hello. You have a new message at Anna Frodesiak's talk page. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 22:19, 12 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings. I'm very glad to see Farali potatoes is now an article. A great editor saved it. Please don't be upset that I proposed it be deleted. I really looked for references and found none. I did what I thought was right. But, as a new editor, it probably didn't feel very nice to have your article challenged that way. I'm sorry.

A great tip about making articles solid is this: References, references, and more references. In this case, there was another name, and also there are many names for the dish in other languages. Foreign language sources are okay to use when there is no other choice.

So, keep up the good work. Look for newspaper articles and such instead of cookery sites. Even though that site you used doesn't have (any) advertisements, it's still not a good source. Anyway, please continue to provide Wikipedia with new articles. They are very welcome here. Best wishes, happy editing, and if there's anything you ever need, please ask.
