The article Katie Cheung has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

I will give you a few days to improve this article, but I do not see any indication that he meets Wikipedia's requirements for an article. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a social-networking site, and is selective about subjects for articles: they have to have notability, which is not a matter of opinion but needs to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and press releases. More detail at WP:Notability (people) and, for academics, WP:Notability (academics). There is good advice on how to write acceptable articles at WP:Your first article.
