Well, you got yourself blocked already. I think it is because you were moving too fast and didn't take my advice to go slow and read and think about how Wikipedia works. It might be that you're young enough (I don't know how old you are, but I'm guessing that you're young) that you're just not ready to edit and participate. That's ok. Don't sweat it. Just take some time (while you're blocked) to read and learn and try to understand Wikipedia. It's about serious people doing serious work - building an encyclopedia.

Don't ask to be unblocked for a couple of months, ok? If you REALLY want to be a part of the process, take that time to learn more. When you are ready, you can come back and be a productive editor. Wikipelli ^Talk 22:29, 20 April 2012 (UTC)

Adoption (sort of)

Hi Keegan1999,

I'm overcommitted at the moment, so I can't adopt you, sorry... but since the metaphor of adoption is used on wikipedia, maybe I could be an adoptive uncle rather than an adoptive parent. I'll give friendly advice, but without making a commitment.

First bit of advice: Create new pages as a userspace draft. Then you can experiment, and get help and feedback, without worrying about making mistakes. Start at Help:Userspace draft.
