Hey Keiiri, I noticed that you recently re-added a link in the "See Also" section that was previously reverted, but didn't bother to add a comment on the talk page or wait for a consensus on the matter, which goes against the WP:BRD method of adding content to a page and reaching consensus. I would appreciate if you would self-revert and discuss the issue over at the talk page. Thanks. Pishcal (talk) 19:00, 12 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited History of far-right movements in France, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Radical. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Japan

[edit]

Please pay attention when you revert. The article never said "kanji" in the first place, and there was absolutely no reason to revert the other copyedits, which were clearly improvements. Curly Turkey ¡gobble! 07:50, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Replied on the talk page. It was my bad, I read it wrong. I thought you changed "Kanji" to "Chinese characters" at first. As for the rest of the edit, you kinda ruined the grammar. Keiiri (talk) 08:10, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Reverting to origional age gap. Reply Fixing style/layout errors

[edit]

Changed your edits due to incorrect dates on millennials. (Wikiman8999 20:35, 7 October 2016 (UTC))

The articles go into detail explaining the age range. Keiiri (talk) 20:36, 7 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I did, but the media (not including wiki) say its from 1980-2000 I say we should go by what the majority define it as. Not by what the sources in the wiki references say. Alot of references like this one (http://www.marketingteacher.com/the-six-living-generations-in-america/) are it seems being left out. (Wikiman8999)

Yes, we include the early 1980s, but several also say late 1970s. Keiiri (talk) 21:18, 7 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

ANI Experiences survey

[edit]

The Wikimedia Foundation Community health initiative (led by the Safety and Support and Anti-Harassment Tools team) is conducting a survey for en.wikipedia contributors on their experience and satisfaction level with the Administrator’s Noticeboard/Incidents. This survey will be integral to gathering information about how this noticeboard works - which problems it deals with well, and which problems it struggles with.

The survey should take 10-20 minutes to answer, and your individual responses will not be made public. The survey is delivered through Google Forms. The privacy policy for the survey describes how and when Wikimedia collects, uses, and shares the information we receive from survey participants and can be found here:

If you would like to take this survey, please sign up on this page, and a link for the survey will be mailed to you via Special:Emailuser.

Please be aware this survey will close Friday, Dec. 8 at 23:00 UTC.

Results of conflict

[edit]

The results were already labeled as "Defeat" on the article List of wars involving the united states. Your edit removed another conflict as well. If you need to change a result just edit it, reverting it would only remove the DMZ conflict that was added. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dg777714 (talkcontribs) 07:18, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Minor edits

[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. --John (talk) 07:22, 23 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Concord Management and Consulting, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Hill (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Alert

[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have recently shown interest in post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect: any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or any page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

As Mandruss says here, please keep in mind the restrictions on the article Donald Trump and other articles in the American Politics area. Galobtter (pingó mió) 08:11, 14 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Template:2019–20 coronavirus pandemic data

[edit]

Hi I see you changed a column in Template:2019–20 coronavirus pandemic data to add two entries to the country column. Currently this is against the consensus to minimise table width. I have undone your change. If you want to have this change please discuss this first at Template talk:2019–20 coronavirus pandemic data and gain a consensus. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 01:23, 25 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I replied on the talk page. I can see why it was reverted the first time, the text was taking up room, so I minimised it; no new content was added. I added it back only because it was a little time consuming to do; please feel free to revert me, and also direct any response on that template's talk page. Keiiri (talk) 02:15, 25 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
It is good to see that you are using the talk page. But you must wait for a new consensus before making any change this way. Note that there are arbcom sanctions applying to this topic area. So editing should always await community support before a retry. The following is an informative alert, and not an official warning for you personally. (yet) Graeme Bartlett (talk) 02:46, 25 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

Please carefully read this information:

A community discussion has authorised the use of general sanctions for pages related to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
The specific details of these sanctions are described here.

Broadly, general sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimise disruption in controversial topic areas. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to these topics that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behaviour, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. An editor can only be sanctioned after he or she has been made aware that general sanctions are in effect. This notification is meant to inform you that sanctions are authorised in these topic areas, which you have been editing. It is only effective if it is logged here. Before continuing to edit pages in these topic areas, please familiarise yourself with the general sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.
Understood. I didn't know that there were sanctions on the topic area. But now that I know, however, I would rather avoid the area entirely. Keiiri (talk) 03:01, 25 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Operation Kamala for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Operation Kamala is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Operation Kamala until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion.
