Peer Review[edit]

This article looks great. It is structured like many solid Wikipedia articles. The sections really make it easy to follow and read and are in a great order. Few suggestions to make it better- Possibly add pictures! It would be great to add a map maybe of where specifically this language is spoken. Also, maybe talk more or add a section on the former older language before colonization before leading into the language and it preservation after colonization. Extra additions- adding more about culture and language collisions. By no means should you take this as a must do, because it is a project in a shorter time frame than it might take to really add all of these things. Peer Review[edit]

Overall, this is a pretty strong article that is easy to follow and explains everything in pretty simple ways that is easy for one to digest. I think if anything that many of the topics that are covered could maybe use just some more breadth to them. Especially just topics of the effects of colonization and ways to preserve languages. For a topic like this I can juzt see a lot of info and maybe see if you can find some trusted sources that are not within just academic journals. I think there would be some strong other data you could find. Best of luck!

Peer Review[edit]

This looks like a really good start for an article. There are strong sections with clear and definitive headings. I also really like the section about the intersection between those languages and culture and the history with colonization but also looking forward to the future about the preservation of those languages. It would be interesting to find a study if its out there. I think it would take a lot of in depth research maybe through different universities of Alaska to see if they have found more connections with those languages. Also you might want to go through the table of languages with the percentage of speakers and other details because if you go into those specific language pages there are more details you could add on that macro level.
