I see you have included:
"Charts should be listed in alphabetical order."
I'd like to recommend:
"Charts should be arranged by country in alphabetical order."
This is so that they won't be arranged by the Chart names.

Another thought I have for now is: When it's finalized and Officially published [by consensus], please make appropriate changes to WP:MUSTARD#Record charts for consistency within Wiki. I'd also suggest adding a NEW section to the Talk THERE explaining that the changes are being made by consensus and include a link to the appropriate Wikipedia talk:Record charts section(s) where the consensus is shown.
