December 2014[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm GamerPro64. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Ralph H. Baer, but you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. GamerPro64 20:00, 7 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Okay. I don't have reason to believe you're not the grandson of Ralph Baer. However, the problem is when it comes to the recently deceased, we need a reliable source to confirm it. If you are the grandson of Ralph Baer, go to some video game websites to verify that he indeed deceased. We're all trying to make sure everything is in order. Specially when it comes to the Father of Video Games. GamerPro64 20:55, 7 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
    • We now have sources that confirm his death. So we can now officially mention his death on the page. GamerPro64 21:18, 7 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 21:23, 7 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
