When you can make changes to a semi-protected page

Some articles like Bilawal Bhutto Zardari are semi-protected. This means that Semi-protected pages cannot be edited by unregistered users (IP addresses), as well as accounts that are not autoconfirmed (accounts that are at least four days old and have made at least ten edits to Wikipedia) or confirmed. Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Qamar Javed Bajwa, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary.
