Speedy deletion of United Cab

[edit]

A tag has been placed on United Cab requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Beano (talk) 05:34, 21 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The image you uploaded, File:MayfieldDairyFarms company logo.png, is a nonfree image that requires a fair use rationale. Use Template:Logo fur to create a fair-use rationale, and add it to the image file. That template page has instructions for copying the template to the image page. I notice that the logo looks like a good-quality image; consider whether a lower-resolution image should be used to avoid any possibility of damage to the logo owner's interests from its use in wikipedia. --Orlady (talk) 04:18, 3 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Betty Crocker official logo.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Betty Crocker official logo.jpg. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 21:10, 4 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

MW2

[edit]

Hi there. Please stop adding Call of Duty as a title to Modern Warfare 2. Everyone's a bit confused at the moment, nobody knows if the official title will include Call of Duty, or if it's just on the box, etc. Until it's resolved, just stick to Modern Warfare 2 throughout the article. Thanks! Fin© 16:38, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

But in an odd way - the press release from Activision still referred to it as "Modern Warfare 2", so it's still uncertain. Thanks! Fin© 16:42, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
