Speedy deletion nomination of Jeannette Claudine Romeu aka Galaxy Girl[edit]
A tag has been placed on Jeannette Claudine Romeu aka Galaxy Girl requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Advice on writing a musical artist article[edit]
At the guideline page Wikipedia:Notability (music), you can see what it takes to write an article about a musical artist, and have the article survive the deletion process. You must establish in the first few sentences why the artist is notable. Certainly pay close attention to the Criteria for musicians and ensembles section.
In addition to the above-listed guide, I would like to offer my personal observation: if you wish to write an article about Jeannette Claudine Romeu, do so without the stage name Galaxy Girl. Or, write the article about Galaxy Girl and say that her birth name is Jeannette Claudine Romeu. In other words, put only one name in the title of the article. The other name can be made into a redirect, to bring the reader back to the main article about the person. See WP:REDIRECT for instructions about how to make such a page. It's very simple. Speedy deletion nomination of File:ArmandodeSequeira.jpg[edit]
A tag has been placed on File:ArmandodeSequeira.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag.
