Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Kitsent. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 22:50, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

NO, I have no COI and I carefully wrote the page to Wikipedia guidelines. Also, there was not a single word that was promotional in nature and everything was cited from independent reliable sources. Kitsent (talk) 07:17, 2 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Why is information about Nexford University on your user page? Your user page is to write about yourself as a user or editor. Jay 💬 08:16, 2 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I thought that was the place to write the page but then found the sandbox. I will remove it from there. Also, there was a confusion because another messed with a page so Liz user thought of COI or something, I'm not sure what was that users intentions were with the talk page because I can't access the page anymore. Kitsent (talk) 19:50, 11 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The whole confusion was made by that user and here is what happened, https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Bayu_Oktarino&diff=prev&oldid=1173043952
Should I resubmit the page? Or it could be retrieved. I really worked hard on that one and followed everything carefully. Please advise. Thanks Kitsent (talk) 19:55, 11 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I can email the page to you. But for that you have to register an email ID with your Wikipedia account. Jay 💬 06:46, 12 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I have the page I was thinking that it can be retrieved since I answered the questions and cleared the misunderstanding that other user had created. I will submit the page again. Thanks Kitsent (talk) 14:21, 3 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
