Welcome!

Hello, Kittsar-pra, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as KSB company, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may soon be deleted.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on KSB company, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Vrenator talk 14:59, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

February 2012[edit]

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. SmartSE (talk) 12:09, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not revert my edit again - the content you are adding is not neutral and it is clear that you have a conflict of interest. I have tried to help you by making the article better, rather than deleting it, but frankly, I wonder if I should have bothered. Let me know if you want advice on how to edit in a more compliant way. Thanks SmartSE (talk) 15:46, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The recent edit you made to KSB company has been reverted, as it removed all content from the page without explanation. Please do not do this, as it is considered vandalism; use the sandbox for testing. If you think the page should be deleted, see here for what to do. Thank you. Apology[edit]

As page creator, you have the right to blank your page. I should not have undone your page blanking and warned you. I'm sorry! I also removed my warning. Happy editing! Jim1138 (talk) 10:02, 9 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

That only applies if you are the only person to edit the article, which is not the case. As I said before, please let me know if you want advice on how to improve the article in line with our guidelines. SmartSE (talk) 11:52, 9 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add soapboxing, promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. SmartSE (talk) 12:30, 13 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or self-promoting in violation of the conflict of interest and notability guidelines. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. SmartSE (talk) 12:36, 14 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You seem completely unwilling to communicate about the problems you were introducing. In addition, I realised yesterday that all the text you had written was being copied directly from the company website, making it a copyright violation which we have to take very seriously. Request reason:

Dear SmartSE, I am sorry for the problems. It was not my intention to do any promotion or to violate any copyright. Now I know my mistake. I am sorry for that. I am new on Wikipedia and it was my first article and writing an article on Wikipedia is not easy. Anyway I want to thank you for your help, but unfortunately I noticed it too late. Please unblock me and help me with this article. I really want to do it right and I will not violate any Wikipedia rules again.Kittsar-pra (talk) 07:54, 6 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Accept reason:

Here are a few key questions:

Max Semenik (talk) 08:00, 6 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Kittsar-pra. I am willing to unblock you, but I would like you to read Wikipedia:Your first article first as this will explain what you need to do to put together a good article about KSB pumps. As such a large company, I am sure that we should have an article on them, but copy and pasting from their website is not the way to write an encyclopedic article - our articles should predominantly be based on secondary sources like books and newspaper articles. If I unblock you, I would also like you to create a draft article at User:Kittsar-pra/draft so that myself and others can comment on the article before it goes live. If you start small, then we can improve it over time. Please reply below once you have read Wikipedia:Your first article and I'll unblock you. SmartSE (talk) 12:51, 6 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello SmartSE, thank you for your help. I have read Wikipedia:Your first article and will create a draft article first. Can you unblock me so that I can do so? Thank you.Kittsar-pra (talk) 08:08, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Done Please ensure you follow my advice above, particularly about starting small and ensuring you use secondary sources. Leave a note here when you've started and I'll take a look. Likewise ask any questions and I'll try to help. Thanks SmartSE (talk) 10:27, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Dear SmartSE, can you take a look at User:Kittsar-pra/draft please? If you have any suggestion for improvement please let me know. I appreciate your recommendation. Thank you -- Kittsar-pra (talk) 15:29, 30 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have taken a look and made appropriate changes. I removed two sentences that were copy and pasted from the KSB website. The main thing you need to do is to make sure every paragraph has an inline citation. You've just about shown that the company is notable, but the majority of the article should be written using independent references, so if you can find more please add them. It is certainly an improvement though - good luck with improving it further. SmartSE (talk) 19:52, 30 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I added some references. If everything is fine, can we put it online? Thanks -- Kittsar-pra (talk) 09:42, 14 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
