Dear Kohlrabi Pickle,
Thank you for taking time to review the article. The current submission is based on the first criteria for artists and musicians: "Has been the subject of multiple, non-trivial, published works appearing in sources that are reliable, not self-published, and are independent of the musician or ensemble itself."
I believe that references 3, 4, 5 and 7 (just added) demonstrate that. These are not passing mentions, but rather full articles dedicated solely to the band, published by notable media such as The_Quietus, Brainwashed_(website), Louder_Than_War_(website) and Polskie_Radio.

I'm not able to assess the subject's notability per WP:NPOL, and there's no significant coverage available online. @Hatchens: How would you address "someone who has been the chairman of a legislative assembly of a state multiple times". - TheAafi, then such entity must have some kind of "significant coverage". As of now, single-source verifiability is always a controversial thing on the wiki. The best what we can do is put a "promising draft" tag on it and let others chip in. - Hi Hatchens, thank you for your message. Yesterday, I submitted a question to the AfC discussion page and was advised (including, helpfully, by TheAafi) that if it was more than 50% likely that a draft article met the notability criteria, that I should approve it and let users build it up in article space. This is how I reasoned the move: the source confirms that the subject was an elected legislator and three-time Chairman of the Bihar Legislative Council, which gives him a presumption of notability under WP:POLITICIAN. The source is a good one: the official website of the Bihar Legislative Council. Where did I go wrong? Kohlrabi Pickle (talk) 15:43, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- Kohlrabi Pickle, currently, I would consider it a wiki draft with a single-source hindi language reference. Could you enhance the article with a few English language citations? - Hatchens, I did search for other citations online before approving the article, but couldn't find any. I didn't see that as a problem because the source is a solid one: the official website of the state's legislature. Is there reason to doubt it? I cannot think why it would say that the subject was a legislator (and Chairman of the Council, no less) if he was not. It is an Indian legislature, so reasonable for the source to be in Hindi. To your points on WP:BIO, WP:SIGCOV: an article doesn't have to satisfy both the general and subject-specific notability guidelines; one is enough. For everyone's satisfaction, I have just added the "Promising Draft" tag to the draft and RfC tag to the draft's talk page. Allow others to add new details and citations. We have not reached consensus-derived subject-specific notability guidelines (WP:SNG). It's not about what you think or I think... it's all about reaching a consensus.
