Wikipedia Assignment

[edit]

Hey there! I just wanted to stop off and congratulate you on all the great work you've been doing over at Multicommunicating. You're definitely on track for the midterm due in a couple weeks, so great job keeping up with everything.

I have a couple specific suggestions, first is to evaluate the image that's used in the article lead. I really have trouble seeing how the image and caption are related, but maybe I'm just being thick. The other thing is to find a couple other pages where you could add a sentence or paragraph about this theory and then remove the {{orphan}} tag from the page.

Anyways, just let me know if I can help with anything, technical or otherwise. If you'd like, I'd also be willing to do a more thorough review of the article. All in all, great work though. MyNameWasTaken (talk) 21:41, 20 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

November 2012

[edit]

Hello, I'm Smartse. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. SmartSE (talk) 14:54, 13 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Smartse. I wanted to let you know that I removed an external link you added, because it seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Wikipedia Education Program: student survey!

[edit]

Hi! I work with the Wikipedia Education Program, and I'm hoping to get your feedback about your experience this semester! In order to help other students like you enjoy editing while contributing positively to Wikipedia, it would be very helpful to hear from real program students about their experience, so we know what to change. The survey takes no more than 10 minutes, and I'd really appreciate your response!

Thanks so much! JMathewson (WMF) (talk) 19:50, 17 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
