Hello Mr Kovats-Bernat -- Images must be uploaded with an appropriate license to Wikimedia Commons (click upload file in the left bar and follow the instructions of the wizard); the photographer's copyright must be released. Once you have uploaded a suitable photograph there, then you can suggest on the article's talk page that the existing image be substituted.
