Continued disruptive editing

You've been blocked twice for disruptive editing and violating the Manual of Style (specifically the one on MOS:NUMERALS) yet you continue with your pattern of disruptive editing. Your page is just jam packed with warnings and you don't seem to want to use talk pages. Since this disruption has been going on for a very long period of time without you changing your editing patterns, it comes across that it is a deliberate choice and not just mistakes or lack of knowledge.
