Further to your comments on my talk, please look at the notability guidelines for bands and musicians, and find non-trivial references in secondary sources. It's the quality, not quantity, of references that establish notability. Some of the references don't even mention Cepus. DJing on a university station is not sufficiently notable, I fear. The truth about some facts[edit]

Some of references mention Cepus, some mention Actoon and some mention Actooon. These are all artist names of Aleksander CepuŠ. Take a look on right side of the Aleksander Cepuš Wikipedia site and you will see. Slovenia SAZAS http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_CISAC_members (CISAC, New York) - author agency, have 341 registrated songs of this composer : Aleksander Cepuš=Actoon=Actooon.
