Mixed versus Multiracial[edit]

I don't understand why you want mixed as oppossed to multiracial. Mixed is inaccurate, unscientific and in some cases offensive. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Dc freethinker (talk • contribs) 23:21, 24 April 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Hi again, seems you missed my message. You deleted this article in November under CSD G4, but I can't find any other deletion in the deletion log, or the deletion discussion. Could you by any chance dig them? I spent a lot of time improving this article and I am quite disappointed it was deleted without my knowledge (even if I would probably have voted delete). I wanted to have a look at the rationale behind this deletion. I'm going to bring it to DRV otherwise. -- lucasbfr talk 08:22, 25 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! seems the tag was put back, I contacted the editor to see where I can find the deletion discussion. -- lucasbfr talk 14:55, 25 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[[1]] You noted that the decision was to keep. Now, one of the components of the list is up again in AfD. This is improper. see [[2]]VK35 23:41, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Kungfuadam, You recently removed a request for USER:Ellielancaster to be blocked on the grounds that the user "has stopped". I wanted to make you aware that all the user's edits (along with an IP address 195.216.25.222 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) have been to promote Wrigley's and the message that chewing sugar free gum is a good way to look after teeth and gums (a message that Wikiproject Dentistry members have said is an overstatement of actual research). The user received many warning including a level 4 on May 1st, since then the user has posted to my talk page a couple of times as though s/he were interested in learning how to contribute within our guidelines and policy, but does not follow suggestions and continues to make promotional edits. I don't believe there is any reason to think she will change her behavior. Would you reconsider blocking her as a spam only account, or at least for a few days to prevent this continuing? Thanks -- Siobhan Hansa 12:59, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Need assistance....[edit]

Hello. I was in the process of placing my argument against deletion for my FoulMouthShirts article when it was deleted. I thought I would get a chance to dispute the nomination for deletion, but I do not feel that I was given sufficient time to do so. Please respond to this comment so that we may discuss what was wrong with my article and how it can be fixed. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sorry, the sources you gave for the article are not notable reputable sources. Please do not re-create the article. You may contest the deletion at Deletion Review, but do not recreate the article.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 20:24, 16 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Alright. That's fair enough, I suppose. Forgive me, but I recreated the article by mistake when I was confused about what happened. Feel free to redelete it, and I will contest my deletion through the appropriate outlet.

Deleted article[edit]

Hi. You deleted my article before I had the chance to respond to the objections. Can you please reinstate the article so I can respond to the objections?

Deleted articles..[edit]

Hello, you deleted my articles on CoovaAP and CoovaChilli -- two open-source projects. why? They are no less worthy than many other projects in the same market..

They are not adequately sourced articles and read like adverts.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 13:56, 17 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

hmm... so it is a question of writing style?

You have to establish notability. This subject doesn't seem to have notability.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 14:36, 17 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

ok, not notable to you -- but, that means others can't benefit from these project being put into context with others at wikipedia? Granted, I agree the pages needed more content... was hoping others would add to it - isn't that the point? thx for discussing this with me

Deletion of my article[edit]

I feel that the deletion of my article Filco Foods was unjustified as it was very similar to articles such as Tesco and Asda. My article gave a few paragraphs on the history of the company and was fully referenced. I flagged the article with a hangon flag and was given no reason for the deletion.

Sorry, I just looked at the article again. It's not in the least bit encyclopedic.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 23:45, 17 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have never posted an article before and I have no clue as to what rules there are for this sort of thing. Is there any chance of help sorting this?

You could've told me ...[edit]

For future notice, a notice like this would be much better suited to my talk page, where I'd see it a lot sooner. --Cyde Weys 16:02, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ooops, I thought you knew and were working on it. Anyhow, thanks. It was a note for people like me who came across the page that hadn't been updated for awhile.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 16:31, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hah, if I had known about it it would have been fixed! --Cyde Weys 23:37, 18 May 2007 (UTC) [reply]

Vob[edit]

Actually this was a solitary user with this delete blog against 3 other users. Please provide some of that objective admin skills you are claiming. That yiou choose to ignore this and then take sides with that user in terms of your locking looks like taking sides. Are you really so dispassionate about pedophilia? (not suggesting you are pro pedophilia, indeed assuming the oposite, but that you need to take a look at your actions and how they get interpreted), SqueakBox 02:59, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry if this sounded like an accusation, it was not my intention to accuse but to get you to review what you did, which I see you have done. Admins always lock the wrong version, SqueakBox 16:06, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I am continuing to have problems with User:StokerAce, User:Shotwell, User:Fainites and related parties on this page; all part of a group loosly connected to the advocacy group Advocates for Children in Therapy. I could use some advice and guidance here. The group has filed an RfC on me and you might want to look at it and comment, if you feel so inclined...Supporting it is Voice of Britain and a related party, who have also ruthlessly edited the Child Sexual Abuse page from a very POV position. The RfC is at: [[3]] regards. If you could comment, I'd appreciate it. We clearly need some Administrative intervention here in some way. They have also now taken their fight to the Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy article. Thanks. DPetersontalk 16:31, 20 May 2007 (UTC) [reply]

Why did you revert my edits to the Children Who Don't Know War article?[edit]

I just noticed it and can't, quite frankly, see the logic in doing that. 'Children Who Don't Know War' is a very well-known song, which has made itself felt in popular culture over the years. In order for me to highlight that aspect, I decided I should include some examples. I don't like 'In Popular Culture' sections myself, that's why I decided to integrate that information in the article's main body. -- Ishikawa Minoru 20:28, 7 June 2007 (UTC) [reply]

knuru[edit]

hi, why do you keep deleting my knuru page?

It meets the criteria for speedy deletion- # Unremarkable people, groups, companies and web content. An article about a real person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content that does not assert the importance or significance of its subject. If controversial, or if there has been a previous AfD that resulted in the article being kept, the article should be nominated for AfD instead.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 19:39, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re the article on Black-op's (Pmc). Someone put an article on about the company with a munber of inaccuracies in it. I added some corrections for the article based on the articles for simular companies like Aegis and blackwater.

The item has been deleted. The company are an important and new company in the field, they are a real company and I tried to make the initial article non self promoting and just with the basic facts to remove the inaccurate item previously put on wikipedia.

Could you advise where we go from here. We can provide proof that it is a ligitimate company and merely wish for the facts to be represented on wikipedia as is the case with other simular companies and then the world at general can add to the item.

Perhaps you did not see the amemded item put up this morning, if so I have listed the content below. I also included link references to appropiate pages on wikipedia relevant to the content.

THE AMENDED ARTICLE LISTED THIS MORNING

Black-op's (pmc) is the international trading name of Black-op's (pmc) Limited a company registered in the United Kingdom and a Private Military Company and security contractor based in The UK and operating throughtout the world.

The companies Operatives are a Combination of former British Elite and Special- Forces Military, Law- Enforcement and Royalty and Diplomatic Protection Department, with a combination of Similar Highest Quality Professionals originating from around the Globe.

The company offers personal protection and claims it is "an International Total Security Provider. Able to find a solution to any sized problem, in any location around the World."

History

The original operation was formed by 10 ex-special forces personel following the second gulf war to provide personal and corporate protection in Iraq and other gulf states. Over the years the numbers dwindled and the original co-operative agreement came to an end.

The company re-formed in 2007 under a limited Liability company based in the UK and operating initially in the gulf states via bases in the UK for administrative purposes and Cyprus for operational matters.

The company's main website in the Uk blackopspmc.co.uk lists many services and areas of operation. There is an additional and as yet underdeveloped website blackops.com designed for the general world market and to act as an entry point for future regional based sites. Currently the Uk site is the main one.
