Incomplete DYK nomination[edit]

Hello! Your submission of Template:Did you know nominations/Bathypolypus sponsalis at the Did You Know nominations page is not complete; if you would like to continue, please link the nomination to the nominations page as described in step 3 of the nomination procedure. If you do not want to continue with the nomination, tag the nomination page with {{db-g7}}, or ask a DYK admin. Thank you. DYKHousekeepingBot (talk) 03:45, 31 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I took care of this for you this time. Please note that the nomination was supposed to be made within seven days of your moving the article to mainspace. You were about five days late, but whoever reviews it may give you some leniency since you're a new user. Good luck. MANdARAX  XAЯAbИAM 21:16, 4 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for Bathypolypus sponsalis[edit]

On 30 April 2021, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Bathypolypus sponsalis, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that because the globose octopus Bathypolypus sponsalis lives at great depths, it has large eggs, reduced gills, and no ink sac? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Bathypolypus sponsalis. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Bathypolypus sponsalis), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

I thought you might like to know that 5,456 people clicked through to the article while it was on the front page! I've added it to the table of this month's popular DYKs. › Mortee talk 15:00, 2 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
