Help me![edit]

Hello, I want to create a new entry“Aoxuan Lee”. But the English wiki is protected by the template, but I don't know how to cancel the protection?Thank you

L3l4l5926 (talk) 03:59, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi L3l4l5926. We recommend new users create articles as a draft, like Draft:Aoxuan Lee, or your own userspace at User:L3l4l5926/Aoxuan Lee, because creating new articles is very hard to get right the first time. The easiest way to do this is to use the Wikipedia:Article Wizard, which automatically puts some useful banners and buttons on the page for you. Consider reading our guide for creating articles, Wikipedia:Your first article, which contains a lot of helpful advice. For future reference, if you would like a specific page unprotected, the best place to ask (after the protecting admin) is usually Wikipedia:Requests for page protection, but please read the instructions there before filing a request. If you have any more questions, feel free to use the help me template again, ask at the Wikipedia:Teahouse or on my talk page. Welcome to Wikipedia, and good luck! (edit conflict)

I don't see any protection on that page name, but I do see that a user named AoXuan Lee was working on a Draft:AoXuan Lee. Since you are a very new user, I suggest that you start with either that draft or a new userspace draft and, when you think it's ready, submit it for review at articles for creation. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 04:30, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, L3l4l5926. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Draft:Aoxuan_Lee, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. creffett (talk) 15:27, 15 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked for misuse of multiple accounts[edit]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 3 days for abusing multiple accounts per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/L3l4l5926. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Mz7 (talk) 23:32, 16 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

No illegal things have been done on this account. The previous iterations and edits were made to make a better version. Because the official version and Sandbox have the same content, the content in Sandbox is deleted. The official version is still in the process of improvement. So please unblock this account.

Decline reason:

No one has said that you have done something "illegal"; Wikipedia is a private organization, not a government, and does not have laws. It has policies and guidelines. This unblock request does not address your use of other accounts; as such, I am declining it. 331dot (talk) 07:39, 19 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

The previous edit IP address was the same because the initial creation of new content may have caused violations. After several edits and creations, I have now learned about the editing of wiki. So please cancel the blockade for “Aoxuan Lee”'s page editor.

Decline reason:

This unblock request is incoherent and does not address your violations of WP:SOCK. Perhaps you'd be happier editing Wikipedia in your own language. Yamla (talk) 11:22, 19 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Aoxuan Lee singles discography, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. 94rain Talk 11:46, 23 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Play (Aoxuan Lee song)[edit]

Hello, L3l4l5926. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Play".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 15:52, 10 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
