Thanks for this new article on a notable writer. A few tips - it would be better for some of the material in the "Academic years" and "Later years" section to be written as paragraphs instead of individual sentences (see WP:PROSELINE), and it would be helpful to tell the reader what he wrote about, what his most notable works were, his literary style, etc. which is discussed in the sources. Happy editing.

This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

There is unfortunately nothing in here to suggest that Wilson crosses WP:GNG, WP:NACADEMIC or WP:POET. The Hiett Prize is the strongest argument here, but I'm not convinced that it is independently significant enough to generate notability. I'm declining rather than rejecting the submission, so there will be an option to resubmit, but I strongly recommend that the submitter goes through the three links in this comment and makes an argument that Wilson fulfils any one or more of them.
