Southern Pacific 6051 AfD

I'm asking you to reconsider your close at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Southern Pacific 6051. Of the keep votes, one simply said "I think it's unique" (and was promptly refuted), one said "keep because I think all preserved locomotives are automatically notable", and we have one (weak) keep vote that actually attempted to make a coherent argument. An appropriate weighting of the votes, ignoring of course the striked sock, would still at best come out to a "no consensus" by my reading. In general it's poor practice to leave no closing statement in an AfD where it isn't an open-and-shut case. Trainsandotherthings (talk) 23:11, 11 June 2023 (UTC)

Fair point, I undid my close to let another admin evaluate it as I'm short on time this evening. LFaraone 00:26, 12 June 2023 (UTC)
