Hi Lauren, thanks for disclosing your conflict of interest on your user page. However as you are an employee, you also need to abide by the paid editing guidelines, and in particular should place a disclosure on your page using the Template:Paid. In terms of your requests on the article's talk page, the best suggestion is to use the Template:Request edit which will notify other editors that someone with a COI is proposing changes.
